عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ حُرِّمَ عَلَى النَّارِ كُلُّ هَيِّنٍ لَيِّنٍ سَهْلٍ قَرِيبٍ مِنْ النَّاسِ
Ibn Mas’ud (r.a.) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: Shall I not tell you for whom the Hellfire is forbidden? It is every person accessible, polite, and mild.
Grade: hasan (sound) - at-Tirmidhi

Lessons:
Allah makes the Hellfire forbidden to:
1. Those who strive to make themselves approachable and beneficial to others
2. Those who are gentle and kind to everyone, whether friend or foe
3. Those who make matters easy for others
Let us be amongst those who are foremost in these deeds so Allah s.w.t. may grant us salvation from the Hellfire.
