Allah Answers Prayers

Salman narrated:

The Prophet (pbuh) said, ‘Your Lord is munificent and generous, and is ashamed to turn away empty the hands of His servant when he raises them to Him.’

Grade: Sahih (Al-Albani)
Reference: Sunan Abi Dawud 1488 (sunnah.com/abudawud/8/73)

Lessons:

1. All Muslims are required to always ask of Allah and pray to Him, whatever the circumstances.

2. Allah always answers each prayer and supplication of His slaves.

3. Allah will not disappoint the requests and supplications of His slaves.

Allah says in the Quran:

‘And your Lord says, “Call upon Me; I will respond to you.” Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible.’ [Ghafir (40):60]

Let us always remember to pray to Allah. Never let ourselves fall into arrogance by not wanting to supplicate to Him!
