Abdullah reported that the Prophet said, “The believer is not a slanderer, nor does he curse others, nor is he immoral or shameless.”

Reflections:
The mu’min (those with iman) are those who avoid the following:
1. Committing verbal abuse
2. Humiliating and insulting others
3. Exhibiting bad behaviour, and
4. Hurting others.
Let’s avoid acts of disgrace, insult, and abuse (both physical and verbal) regardless of how small they may seem, as these acts are not practised by a mu’min.
