Making Du'a For Our Muslim Brothers And Sisters

 فَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ دَعْوَةُ الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ لِأَخِيهِ بِظَهْرِ الْغَيْبِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ عِنْدَ رَأْسِهِ مَلَكٌ مُوَكَّلٌ كُلَّمَا دَعَا لِأَخِيهِ بِخَيْرٍ قَالَ الْمَلَكُ الْمُوَكَّلُ بِهِ آمِينَ وَلَكَ بِمِثْلٍ  

For the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to say: The supplication of a Muslim for his brother at his back (in his absence) is responded so long as he makes a supplication for blessings for his brother and the commissioned Angel says: “Amen”, and says: “May it be for you too.”

Lessons: 

The supplication of a Muslim for their brother or sister in Islam, without their knowing, will be answered by Allah 

Those who make du’a for their Muslim brother or sister will have the angels saying ‘amen’ to the du’a and praying for the same goodness for the one making the du’a.

Let us make ample du’a for our Muslim friends. The more we make du’a for them, the more the amount of du’a the angels will make for us, biidznillah.
