Abu Malik at-Ash'ari reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Cleanliness is half of faith and al-Hamdu Lillah (all praise and gratitude is for Allah alone) fills the scale, and Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) and al-Hamdu Lillah fill up what is between the heavens and the earth, and prayer is a light, and charity is proof (of one's faith) and endurance is a brightness and the Holy Qur'an is a proof on your behalf or against you. All men go out early in the morning and sell themselves, thereby setting themselves free or destroying themselves.

Status: Sahih Hadith
Learnings:
1. Islam places great emphasis on cleanliness, so much so that it is considered part of religion. Take care of cleanliness, especially in this period of the Covid-19 epidemic.
2. Purification is a pre-condition of worship, therefore every Muslim must always pay attention to.
3. Taking care of prayers will bring light of guidance and be able to improve a Muslim's relation towards other people, making him or her moral and behavior praiseworthy, possessing the qualities of character and piety in the sight of Allah swt.
4. All pious practices improve a believer. There are practices that become an argument for him, some that become a light for him, some that become a weight on his scales and so on. Among them:
a. Zikir al-Hamdulillah will fill the scales.
b. Zikr SubhaanaLlah and al-Hamdulillah both fill the space between heaven and earth.
c. Prayer is light.
d. Alms is a witness (A call to spend on the ways of goodness and to do it quickly - it is a sign and proof of the truth of faith).
e. Patience is radiation (be patient when experiencing adversity, especially what a Muslim experiences due to the actions of amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar)
f. Al-Qur'an is an argument for believers (Reading Al-Qur'an with understanding on its meaning and practicing its content - it can intercede for a servant on the Day of Resurrection).
5. Every human being in his daily activities exposes himself either to good or bad deeds. There are those who sell themselves to Allah swt, then get good and success; and there are those who sell themselves to the devil and get curses.
6. Make sure that all our daily activities bring goodness and rewards instead of evil and sins.
