عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ صَلَّى فِي يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً بُنِيَ لَهُ بَيْتٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَرْبَعًا قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَهَا وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ
Umm Habibah narrated that Allah's Messenger (S) sad:
"Whoever prays twelve rak'ah in a day and a night, a house will be built for him in Paradise: four rak'ah before Zuhur, two rak'ah after it, two rak'ah after Maghrib, two rak'ah after Isha, and two rak'ah before the Fajr prayer."

Lessons:
1. In addition to praying five obligatory times a day, Muslims are encouraged to perform supplementary prayers.
2. Allah will build a house in Paradise for those who pray 12 supplementary rak’ahs in a single day and night.
3. The 12 rak’ahs are 4 before Zohor, 2 after Zohor, 2 after Maghrib, 2 after Isya’ and 2 before Subuh.
