Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should serve his guest generously; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should unite the bond of kinship (i.e. keep good relation with his kith and kin); and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should talk what is good or keep quiet."

Learnings:
1. Honoring our guests is one of the conditions of those who believe in Allah and the Last Day.
2. Connecting with relatives is a sign of a person who believes in Allah and the Last Day.
3. The sign of a believer in Allah and the Hereafter is also when speaking or talking, he will say something good and bring reward (including something written and forwarded).
4. If something that is going to be spoken or written and forwarded, brings harm and badness, it is better for us to remain silent.
5. Honor your guests and always nurture the bonds of kinship and connect with family and relatives.
Take the opportunity in conjunction with Syawal to strengthen friendships with family members by visiting each other. Make our speech, writing and comments something beneficial and rewarding.
